Easy does it!

This week there's a tendency to try to push ahead with too much force, instead of allowing events to unfold in their own time. Mercury, planet of communication, and Mars, planet of action and desire, have been moving together through Sagittarius over the last week or two, symbolizing a rumbustious, possibly dare-devil way of getting things done.
It hasn't been the time of gentle, meek conversation, but rather one of saying exactly what you mean even if it's blunt and tactless (A guest on 'Come Dine with Me' springs to mind, as he told his host, whom he had met about half an hour previously, exactly what he thought of his starter, and it wasn't complimentary).
The recent student protests are another example of people speaking their minds; it's interesting to note that Sagittarius is the sign linked to education, particularly higher education.
It's also a time when Christmas looms ever closer, so things like parking, and shopping, are fraught with seasonal overload.
Mercury and Mars make challenging aspects to Jupiter and Uranus this week (Mercury square Uranus on Sunday 28th, Mars square Jupiter on Monday, 29th, and Mars square Uranus on Friday, 3rd December), signifying disruption, impatience, and general overdoing, of one kind or another
Gentler, sextile aspects from Neptune to Mercury (Saturday 27th), and Mars (Thursday 2nd) soothe the possible abrasiveness of the challenging aspects, and indeed, these days, along with Wednesday 1st December look like the easiest days of the week.
Saturday is a good time to make a wish list of any kind, and to tune in to the imagination, as it can yield fruitful ideas today.
Expect the unexpected with communications on Sunday 28th. Travel, the Internet, conversation may not run smoothly, so allow extra time, and be aware that others may speak before engaging their brain, possibly causing upset and hurt feelings. Luckily, there are some harmonious aspects to the moon today; good humour can overcome any glitches that emerge.
Monday 29th is a time to reconsider any grandiose schemes you are about to launch. It can be a successful time if plans are looked at and checked for any previously overlooked details that may cause future problems. Don't take on more than you can handle is the message of Mars square Jupiter.
Venus, which has begun to move forwards again after weeks of moving retrograde (backwards), shimmies back into sultry Scorpio on Tuesday 30th, and is in this sign for the rest of 2010. This is good news for Scorpios, who hopefully will find more warmth and friendliness in relationships than there's been of late, and also progression of some kind on the financial front. It usually has a beneficial effect on the other water signs, Pisces and Cancer, too.
Wednesday sees Mercury moving into the more pragmatic and work-oriented sign of Capricorn, and making a harmonious sextile aspect to Venus. This is a good day to express feelings, and/or have a social get together, even if it feels slightly more serious than usual (the Moon conjuncts Saturn at 12.48).
Wednesday and Thursday are the best days this week for getting 'sorted'. There's an air of love and idealism around, which can signify a connection to a greater good beyond just our immediate surroundings.
Thursday in particular is good for work and social events connected to charities, and also to the creative sphere. If you can, open up to a world beyond the mundane, and consider possibilities that have only been dreams until now.
The aforementioned Mars squares Uranus on Friday, 3rd. Slipping on banana skins is dead easy today, so take it steady, and you will be fine.
Others may present unexpected challenges, but this can be positive if you can see it as a necessary blip to jolt you out of any ruts, or complacency. There may be a general sense of irritability, and possible anger around. Again, this may highlight where things have been out of kilter, and it gives you a chance to become aware of what needs to change.
This week sees the waning of the moon cycle (the new moon is on the 5th December); use this week to finish up any general loose ends, so that you can plant some new seeds next week.
